What Our Customers Say
I can’t say enough good things about it! I have less pain & achy joints. Less swelling, and great skin! Overall, I feel like I have a new body & a better life! I suffer from lower back problems and since starting RLT, I’VE HAD ZERO BACK ISSUES!!! When I first started, I couldn’t lay flat on the bed. I had to have my knees bent. But after two weeks, (6 sessions) I could lay flat! Six months ago I suffered a vertebral artery dissection (stroke) and struggled with neck pain, low moods, and poor sleep. After my first month of RLT, (going at least three times a week) I have no more neck pain, my mood has greatly improved, and I sleep the best I’ve ever slept!! I am in my second month of RLT, and have added twice-a-week use of the pod as well as the vibration plate. And I feel better than I have, in quite some time. If this is something you’re thinking about doing… Let me tell you… DO IT!! Self-care is so important! And you’re worth it!!

As someone who has experienced chronic knee pain for 5 years, I was willing to try anything for pain relief and was surprised how well Red Light Therapy helped. Doing consistent treatments, I felt relief in my pain and swelling. I also benefited from doing the Poly Red Light spot treatment on a strained muscle after a workout and was able to almost instantly feel a decrease in my pain. Red Light treatments also noticeably increased my energy, motivation levels, and reduced my seasonal depression once the weather changed. I’d recommend Red Light to anyone who’s willing to invest the time and money into really feeling better at a deeper level!

I was diagnosed with MS about five years ago and continue to struggle with muscle spasticity, balance issues, and sleeping. I started using red light therapy at the end of July and went religiously three times a week. Immediately, I noticed an improvement with my skin (I tend to bruise easily), as well as my sleeping patterns. I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep. After the initial improvements, it took several weeks before I started to notice drastic changes with my muscle spasms, as well as other mobility issues I had been having. I was starting to get a bit discouraged but wanted to continue the program. I am so GLAD that I continued red light therapy. Around the 7-8-week timeframe, I noticed improvements with my muscle spasms. I was no longer having significant leg and/or hand cramps and was able to easily walk two miles on the treadmill, as well as get up off the floor unassisted. Around the 12-week mark, I had my appointment with my MS Specialist. Most of my tests have improved since my May appointment. I told my doctor that I had been receiving red light therapy treatments, and she wasn’t convinced that it was the reason why I was seeing such improvement. She suggested that I stop receiving treatments for 3-4 weeks to see what happens. I will not plan on doing this again! About two weeks after I stopped going, I started having severe leg and hand cramps (several times a day) and was not able to sleep for more than a few hours at a time. This was all the proof I needed to be reassured that red light therapy was helping with my muscle spasms, along with my fatigue. I’m aware that red light therapy isn’t going to cure my MS, but it has definitely helped to make living with this disease easier. I would highly recommend anyone living with an ailment to give this a try, and don’t give up if you don’t see immediate results. Red light therapy has been a game changer for me!!
